Order Maths-Whizz® Tutoring for Schools
Ordering Maths-Whizz Tutoring for Schools is simple. We've created an interactive order form for you to download, complete and return to us.
Download the order form (Microsoft Excel file)
When the form has downloaded, open it in Microsoft Excel, OpenOffice (or other compatible application), and enter the following information:
- Your school name
- The number of student subscriptions you wish to purchase
- Your requested subscription start date
- Your school contact information.
[The form will automatically calculate and display the annual cost of the student subscriptions. Because we provide 'bundles' of 50 subscriptions the form will also show how many students can use the service at the price quoted.]
Save the form to your computer, print out a hard-copy and have an authorized signatory sign the form and indicate their position in the school.
Keep a copy for your reference and post the original, together with any official purchase order (if required by your school), along with your school's cheque for the total amount due (unless you plan to pay closer to the start date). The address to use is:
